1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, features used, and chat information
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: Information collected through cookies and analytics tools
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our site
- Security Verification: We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect the Service from bots and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google for analysis

3.2 Per-User Data Storage
All your chats, conversations, and generated content are stored separately under your user account. This data is associated with your account and is not shared with other users.
3.3 Retention Period
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate the Service, including Firebase/Google Cloud (hosting and infrastructure), Stripe (payment processing), and MailerSend (transactional email)
- AI Model Providers: Your prompts and content are processed by Google Gemini to generate AI persona responses. Under our paid API agreement, Google does not use your content for model training
- Analytics Providers: We use Google Analytics to analyze Service usage. Google's use of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
- Security Providers: We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against bots and abuse. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Access and Portability

- Marketing Communications: You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link provided in each email
- Cookies: You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings
- Analytics: You can opt out of certain analytics tracking

9. AI Processing
When you use the Service:
- Your prompts and content are processed by Google Gemini to generate AI persona responses
- Under our paid API agreement with Google, your content is not used for AI model training
- We do not use your content to train our own AI models without your explicit consent
- Generated responses are stored in your account for your reference
10. International Users
If you are accessing the Service from outside Australia, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in Australia or other countries. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data regardless of where it is processed.

We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Australian residents have additional rights under this legislation, including the right to:
