We’re closing Bulker.

I’m writing to say goodbye, and to say thank you.

Bulker began as an experiment. We wanted to see how far today’s AI could take user research: whether a panel of AI personas could answer a real question, in minutes, well enough to earn a place in your work.

To everyone who tried it early: thank you. You asked hard questions, sent honest feedback and gave a very small team more patience than we had any right to expect. You were early to something unproven. That takes curiosity, and we never took it for granted.

Your chats are still yours. Until Friday 27 November 2026 you can sign in and export any of them as a PDF. After that, we delete all accounts and data for good.
